4. Appearances

  • Chapter 9 - The Beginning of the End, First Encounter with Zephyr Solvyrth: Climbing down a hole, they enter a large cave where they spot Zephyr Solvyrth, the enemy mage, guarding the third purple crystal. They launch a surprise attack, and an intense battle ensues. In the end, the Deam is victorious, but not without losses. Rukar Emberfist got executed by Franziskus in the end and Jastor Gallywix looted a Gold Pouch made out of lizard-leather from him, which leads the party on the path of revenge and free the other lizardfolks. Also, Oathliz dies during the combat and becomes a zombie-Paladin that has to be taken down, and Hans Dietrich is afflicted by Feeblemind, leaving him in a state akin to a mindless mushroom-like being which forces him to leave the Deam for now. Fortunately, upon their return to the Davern, a new member was quick to stand ready. They met Zephir Voidblade, a Githyanki Fighter determined to vanquish evil in the world and uphold righteousness at any cost.
  • Chapter 11 - The Mad Scientist, Audience with the King: The battle ends with the group reviving Jarvis and knocking Emberon unconscious. On Jarvis body they find a mysterious book. It contains a Manifest called “Die Schuppen des Heils”, written by Zephyr Solvyrth himself and it describes his greater vision for the world. On the last page of the manifest there is a family tree showing multiple different images of purple ancient dragons and their names, like Solvarak / Solkarith / Solmyrrax / Solrathan / Solvaeryn / etc.
  • Chapter 11 - The Mad Scientist, Audience with the King: During the battle, the group notices sounds coming from beneath them. After the fight, a female voice speaks to them telepathically. They discover a massive ancient red dragon imprisoned below, bound by dozens of chains. The dragon, named Elyndra, reveals that she had been on a mission with her Githyanki allies to confront the purple dragon, Zephyr Solvyrth. Unfortunately, they lost the battle and were captured. Since then, Elyndra has been regularly drained of blood by Dr. Dr. Jarvis for his experiments.
  • Chapter 12 - The Final Battle, The Night Before the Battle: With this realization, the Deam could finally solve the great mystery and expose the true enemy. The brand mark matched exactly the symbol of the magic shop of Pumat Sol, The Arcane Eye. This revealed that Pumat Sol — Zephyr Solvyrth — had been behind everything from the very beginning. He was the one who turned Strahd von Zarovich into a vampire and kidnapped Tatyana. At the same time, he planted clues to incriminate Lemuria and ignite the conflict between Barovia and Lemuria.
  • Chapter 12 - The Final Battle, The Final Battle: The armies of Lemuria and Barovia united under the leadership of the Deam and fought together against Pumat’s forces. Although Pumat was severely wounded, he overexerted himself. In his desperation, he cast a meteor swarm, costing countless lives and charging the crystals with enough energy to resurrect Zephyr Solvyrth. Three colossal energy beams struck Pumat, unleashing his full power.
  • Chapter 12 - The Final Battle, The Final Battle: Despite their efforts, Zephyr Solvyrth was resurrected. Exhausted and without resources, the Deam fought tirelessly and held their ground, even in the face of death. Just as all hope seemed lost, reinforcements arrived.
  • Chapter 1 - The World Shatters, A Kingdom in Prosperity — and a Sudden Catastrophe: Three years have passed since the defeat of Zephyr Solvyrth, and in that time the kingdom of Lemuria has flourished. Under the rule of its new king, Aurelius Dragonheart, peace and prosperity have spread across the land. But six months ago, a massive earthquake shook the entire continent. Buildings collapsed, cities were damaged, and entire regions were left in chaos. The cause of the catastrophe remains unknown.
